I love this hotel but sometimes they do not negotiate on pricing, which is annoying, but the service is usually great and it feels like home here.

It’s a convenient location with nicely appointed rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The service was good. The food was also good.

I felt everything was fine and I enjoyed the meal in the bar, as well as the beer.

We attended a birthday party at this hotel on 12/02/06. The parking lot was very icy and had not been salted, nor cleared. I slipped while getting out of my car, injuring my back and shoulder. The desk clerk said they did not have a claim form, but offered me a form to rate the hotel.

Later, the manager was putting deicer on the parking lot. Their insurance company said they are only responsible for sidewalks, not the parking lot and denied my claim. I am a senior citizen and if this is an example of how careful they are to see that no one is injured of their property, I will not come back here and would not recommend the hotel. My advice would be “Do not stay here”, especially in the winter months.

It was exciting to see the room, and the pool.

The staff did all they could for us.
