48 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Hotel is dirty and has mold growing on shower and air conditioner, rooms not cleaned properly. The internet doesn't work most of the time and no one can or will get you help. This is not the first time we have stayed there and it has not changed and the staff doesn't seem to have any idea of what they are doing.
