I prefer Holiday Inn Express over Holiday Inn. In general, the ones I have stayed in have nicer rooms, are cleaner and better decorated. The service at both hotels is good, but Express seems to be a step above. For my business, the location of Express hotels is very convenient. However, they are not always near good dining options. I recently stayed in the same Express hotel twice in two weeks. The staff was extremely kind and remembered me from before; they are very welcoming.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Bessemer.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was as expected. I had a good room for the price. Nothing was in disrepair.

The room has wireless Internet, which was used and appreciated. The free breakfast was good and fun, but they ran out of a few things, like syrup for the pancakes.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Bessemer.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
