Holiday Inn Express Baltimore BWI Airport Hotel - Page 1

When I arrived I was told that there was not a reservation in system. I told them I had confirmed it two days prior. Then it was discovered that another employee had entered the information as a check out. I also had not been told that check in would be at three o'clock and it was half past twelve.

The hotel was as expected and the staff was helpful. The location was not favorable for tourist activities and I probably would not visit that hotel again.

The location was convenient to the airport and the staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I was pleased with the size and quality of my room and the rate was satisfactory.

It was an excellent stay, everyone was polite and very helpful.

This hotel made me feel practical: They were very helpful and had recommendations of where to visit and how to get there.

The entire experience was pleasurable, just come and enjoy.
