49 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
When I arrived I was told that there was not a reservation in system. I told them I had confirmed it two days prior. Then it was discovered that another employee had entered the information as a check out. I also had not been told that check in would be at three o'clock and it was half past twelve.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Baltimore-Bwi Airport West.
