Holiday Inn Smyrna is the best hotel i have ever stayed at. The staff there is wonderfull and they take good care off you. If you are ever in town you have to go and stay there and enjoy their service.

This hotel is just great, great location, clean, friendly, dozens of restaurants walking distance, great business services , everything was great about my stay.

I had best stay ever. Very Nice Hotel, my room was very clean and looked great. All worked like it should, hotel is in great location and close to everything. Will come back

I'll make is short and sweet! this was my best stay ever. This hotel should set all the standards for all other hotels. The pace is super clean, very confy, great location, in the middle of everything, 6 flags, white water, downtown ATL, Stone Mountain, Cobb Galleria Center, there is like 100 restauranrs walking distance, i mean it was perfect, i will make sure all my friends know about this hotel

This hotel is just perfect, the property looks brand new, smells great is in great location is also inexpensive, they give you all those free amenities like breakfast, managers reception, free shuttle, wifi, fitness center, business center, great pool, the staff is so friendly i mean the list of things just goes on and on, i just had my best stay ever. I will recommend this place to all the people i know

This hotel is the best by far i ever stayed at, i mean the staff is just great, they care and try to talk to you like you are a real human being and not just another customer. My rooms was perfect, clean and fresh. I will back back soon again.

The Holiday Inn Express Smyrna has the best customer service i have ever seen in my life. I travel a lot and this was the first time in a long time that i have seen anything like that. It reminds me of good old 90's or even late 80's when it was all about customer service and not a product. Overall i had a great stay and i will be back to stay there.

This Holiday Inn Express is all about guest services. I arrived there on Wednesday just in time for managers reception to enjoy their little party special just for the hotel guests, they had all kinds of chicken wingd, chips dips, veggies, drinks and much much more. The hotel is in great shape, looks brand new, clean and smells wonderful, the area is very safe, there are 2 malls within walking distance but we used the complimentary shuttle. Their staff is very professional but at same time so honest and friendly just like they knew you for years... boy what an experience ... just like home staying with the family. I will be back there soon again.

I travel a lot on business to Atlanta and i normally stay an high end hotels, Sheraton's, Marriott, but due to the convention that took place on my last trip i was forced to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. To my surprise i found my stay just perfect, my room was just like Sheraton, big, clean smelled great, location was great and the staff was very helpful. I think from now on i will only stay at Holiday Inn.

From the moment i checked in i knew that my stay will be good, the front desk staff was so nice and friendly, you would not believe. My rooms so clean and smelled just great, too bad that it was cold outside because i wanted to use their pool because it looks very nice. Overall it was best stay i had in a hotel in a long time.

Holiday Inn Express Cobb Galleria is the best hotel i ever stayed at. The room that i stayed at was fresh and clean and smelled wonderful. Each morning i enjoyed the free complimentary breakfast. The people that work there are very helpful. Will come back to stay there on my next visit to Atlanta.

I stayed there while visiting some friends in Atlanta and i found the hotel superb. My room was just great. Since i was the Priority Club Member, front desk gave me a goody bag and free upgrade. I cannot tell you enough how i loved the people work there. I will be visiting Atlanta for new years eve and i will be coming back to Holiday Inn Express.

If you are ever in Atlanta, you have to stay at this hotel. My stay there was just perfect, my room was clean and very comfy, i also loved their staff. Breakfast was great and the van driver was also very helpful. I will come back there again.

I stayed there few days ago, and the hotel was just great. My room was clean and quite, the staff was very nice and i will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

I stayed there while attending the meeting in the area and i have to say that i was very impressed with their hotel. Room was very clean but could be a bit larger, they had a complementary shuttle that took me around shopping and to eat out, the desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Holiday Inn Express Smyrna was great. Nice rooms, good location, they had free parking and wi-fi. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area. I will recommend this place to my friends

I stayed there and even that it wasn't what i was looking for it was ok for the price. Room size was ok, good location and good breakfast.

I stayed there few weeks ago and the hotel was perfect, i loved the staff they were so helpful and just a joy to be around. room was clean and had all i there should be in a hotel room. price was good for the location.
