35 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The pool was supposed to be heated, but it was cold & the hot tub was not hot, it was lukewarm with weak jets. We needed toilet paper, but the staff refused to bring it to our room, I had to go get it myself at the front desk. Also, the elevator had some very bad knocking & popping sounds that made it sound like it was about to fall or fall apart!
