This was a newer, very well maintained hotel. The staff was excellent. It's one of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels I've ever stayed at. It was way above average.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It's a very quiet location. It's a convenient and busy area, but the guests were very quiet.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Ankeny.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It is comfortable, new, has a polite staff, is clean, and serves a good breakfast.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Ankeny.

The only problem i've ever noticed with holiday inn express is that there is such a wide variety of conditions that the hotels might be in. Some are nicer than others and offer different ammenities. I'd prefer that there'd be a more homogenious feel to.

This hotel made me feel secure: Neighbor was behaving very violently and it was scary. I didn't feel so secure in the fact that it was a girl answering the phone and telling us she would take care of the problem. I don't think that a young girl in the middle of the night taking care o.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Ankeny.
