The hotel room was clean and comfortable. It was good value.

The location was close to Disneyland. My room was nice, clean, and quiet and was family oriented. Do not forget to have a bathing suit. The pool area was nice.

They had our reservation completely wrong and check in took a very long time. In addition, the hotel double-charged my credit card and it took several weeks to rectify the problem.

This was a comfortable hotel. It was within an easy walk to Disney and back, I didn't have to worry about taking a bus. It was a little noisy at times, however.

The hotel is in an excellent location for when you are going to Disneyland. It's close to the entrance, access was good, and transport to Disneyland was short and regular.

It was beautiful with the glass elevator and palm trees. The lighting was poor. If you're going to the convention center, it is just far enough where you will want to rent a car!

It's a great hotel, with knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. It's in a good location (two blocks from Disneyland). I had a couple of minor issues with the bathroom - they have to remember shower curtain hangs INSIDE the tub during a shower. Other issues were resolved by the hotel quickly.

Sometimes the Holiday Inn Express Anaheim Maingate is very noisy.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was very efficient in helping us find areas of interest. We were treated very well and they held our bags for half a day after we checked out.
