72 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It was new and they have a decent express breakfast. I was disappointed at the very hard mattress. Most new places have gone to pillow tops.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Americus.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I was only there for one night. Everything was fine. The breakfast was good.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The room was nicely appointed. I had no problems there.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Americus.
I might recommend it to friends.

The staff was extra friendly. I think that they need to update bedding though.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bed was more comfortable than other hotels I have been at.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Americus.

This hotel is a clean facility with friendly and competent staff. However, there was not enough information available about the local area to select activities or restaurants, and personnel didn't seem to know anything.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Americus.
