Excellent
Rooms were spacious, attractive and clean! The staff was gracious and made us feel welcome. Was there for a family reunion and the other members of my family staying there had only good things to say as well. Will definitely stay there...

Horrible
At check in a customer needed room card reset. Pool is indoors next to rooms. Don't request next to pool. Felt like we couldn't make noise = no fun. Room key "demagentized" , sitting by my door for 15mins w/ my 2 year old because the door card,...
69 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The manager did not fill in for absent front desk employees causing repeated phone calls to her by those working. The fill-in workers did an outstanding job considering their lack of expertise. There was no problem getting my room changed due to noise and receiving a discount for the inconvenience.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Albuquerque (I-40 Eubank).
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
29 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel was thought to be booked due to the balloon festival. The front desk attendant did lots of checking and found that one group had left early and gave us the room.
They thought enough of me to look extra hard to find me a room.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Albuquerque (I-40 Eubank).
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
57 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business
The check-in was mixed up. It seemed that the personnel were not knowledgeable about the facilities. They didn't have a clue how to get the wireless to work and had to call the manager at home.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Albuquerque (I-40 Eubank).
I might recommend it to friends.
