The Holiday Inn Express was a wonderful hotel!

We checked in late with our kids who were anxious to get out of the car. They immediately spotted the cookies in the lobby, however, there was just one left. The girl at the desk offered to make more so that each of our kids could have one. Then, to top it off, she offered our kids a prize from their treasure chest. Those gestures meant a lot to not only my kids, but to me as well.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The service was outstanding, the breakfast was great and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to Albany.

Everything was in good shape except for the continental breakfast. Many times they are out of cups, lids, and some of the standard items.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Albany.
I might recommend it to friends.

The prices are rising and they are way too much for that kind of hotel.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Albany.
I would not recommend it to friends.

58 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

This was my first stay in a Holiday Express and I like it very much. However, the maid didn't make my bed. I asked to leave my towels to save water, but she replaced them anyway. I hope she was a new person and will improve.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Albany.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
