They had very pleasant rooms. Coffee and cookies were served in the lobby in the afternoon. They served an excellent complimentary breakfast. It was good value for the money.

The Holiday Inn Express hotel on Western Avenue in Albany, New York is well located. Although it was undergoing renovations when we were there, the service was excellent, the room was comfortable and the price was reasonable.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The seating was adequate for two people. The reception was friendly and helpful. Our questions were answered politely.

It was okay. It is just a hotel.

It was a good location, had comfortable accommodations, a good restaurant, and a friendly desk staff. It has easy access to the highway.

The hotel was located close to my meeting location. All Holiday Inn's are clean and secure. That is my most important need when traveling!

This hotel made me feel welcome: I was greeted by name at check-in. My reservation requests were confirmed back to me prior to being given my room number and key. I was then told which parking area was closest to my room and given directions on how to get there.

The location was convenient and parking was available. I was disappointed that I had to ask several times for pillows and towels. It seemed no one really cared about my requests.

They are always dependable, comfortable, and a good value.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express and are generally pleased with it. However, it happened to be extremely crowded this last time, with several dozen young people running around unsupervised at all hours. There was also construction going on, so the main entrance and parking lot were closed, making access to the hotel more difficult than usual. A heads-up when we made the reservation, although impractical when I think about it, might have led us to change our plans.

I enjoyed my stay there.

I generally like using Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast is superior to other hotels. However, I have had numerous occasions when I have checked in and the room key did not work which involves going back down to the front desk which is an inconvenience. Also, on our last stay in New York, the heater in our room smelled like old socks when it ran. This was kind of annoying. Sometimes the heaters are very inefficient.

This Holiday Inn Express was more than I expected. I felt relaxed, comfortable, and at home. I would stay again and recommend it to everyone!

This hotel made me feel important: I was treated with respect, given extras that were unexpected, and pampered and comforted like royalty.

This hotel is located a little off the main path in Clifton Park, which hopefully will be continued to be developed, adding an on site restaurant would be a plus. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Clifton Park area.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: We were traveling with a three month old child which made the prospect of getting a meal difficult. The hotel manager brought us menu's for take out food so we could find something that delivered.

It was fine. We had a long flight from California and this was close to the airport. It was good for our late arrival. The best feature was the reputation of the Holiday Inn chain and the fact that they had a rental car company located practically on site.

It's a very old building with outside entrances. The staff was excellent. The inside was run down, and poorly remodeled. It wasn't quite clean, and the sheets seemed used, though not dirty.
