I am always pleased with Holiday Inn Express hotels. The staff at the Harvey location went out of their way to let me check in early and make sure I had everything I needed. They were great! The hotel is in a convenient location, near lots of shopping and

This hotel made me feel important: I arrived three hours earlier than check in time, but the front desk person went out of her way to make it possible for me to check in.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, but I was charged for three nights, and the hotel clerk called my room telling me that I had to get out in 20 minutes, regardless of the fact I was charged for three nights because he had only two nights posted.

The owner very rudely said I had to get my things and leave in 20 minutes. After going back to my room to gather my things the police then knocked on my door and said I was trespassing! On top of that, things weren’t cleaned in my room as they should have been. I would never suggest this hotel or ever go back.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk attendants were very helpful with our questions. The bellhop was very helpful with our luggage.
