Holiday Inn Express Columbia Hotel

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and it was overall better than expected. It was nice to have a mini-fridge and microwave. I used a traveler's magazine coupon for good savings.

This hotel made me feel content: The beds and bathroom were comfortable. What else do you need? Also, the shower was good.

This is a good, well maintained hotel that is located in a good area. The rooms are clean and comfortable but not fancy. The area has numerous good restaurants and stores close by. The location also provides easy access to Interstates 26 and 20. The price is competitive with similar hotels located in the same area.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The entire hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and responsive. There was one light out in the room which was corrected immediately when I brought it to their attention. Interaction with the staff left you feeling wanted and that your business was appreciated.
