They have a pleasant and friendly staff as well as a good location. Everything was as expected.

This hotel was pleasant. They dealt with many disgruntled airline passengers while maintaining a great mood. They also had fruit, apples and oranges, out which I always appreciate.

This hotel made me feel respected: The people were always courteous and did what they could to accommodate me and my family. They did what they could to make our stay less stressful, we were traveling with four small children. They even offered to drive us to a local mall!

This AmeriSuites is located right near the Arizona Mills Mall.

I've stayed here over a dozen times in the past two years. The breakfast is the main reason I keep coming back, along with it is right across the parking lot from Claim Jumpers (awesome steak restaurant). The breakfast is very good, and the rooms are nice. Enough space and fast enough wireless internet connection to set up laptop/papers and do some work over a VPN.

The winter prices are steep (almost double), but from May-Oct they are reasonable.

AmeriSuites and several other chains I have stayed at do not have sufficient lighting in the rooms, especially near the desk, making it difficult to read. When I am traveling on business, I need to be able to read and see the keyboard of my laptop. I like having Wi-Fi available, and their hot and cold complimentary breakfast buffet was a plus.

This hotel is in a good central location, and the room was excellent, as expected. It's fairly handy to the airport.
