It's convenient to the airport and I was very pleased by the quality large screen television.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk clerk was professional and friendly and had a very accommodating manner that made us feel very welcome. The cleanliness of the property told us the ownership cared that we were there.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

My next door neighbor was noisy and kept us awake but nothing was done about it.

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express.
I would not recommend it to friends.

58 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

It was a very nice hotel. It has been recently remodeled and is to become a Holiday Inn. It has a perfect location next to the Arizona Mills Mall.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They were immediate with looking up the reservation at check-in. There was no problem with the room or the staff.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was simply pleasant and the breakfast was awesome!

This hotel made me feel pampered: They had a pleasant staff that was attentive. The hotel was clean.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
