The front desk was very helpful and the woman in the restaurant opened early the next morning for us so we could leave early.

We have stayed in the Elmira Inn hotel several times, as my daughter is a freshman at Elmira College. We are comfortable there. The staff is friendly and accommodates us.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They give us rooms near the parking area. They give us king beds and they manage to provide cots if we take one of the children along.

They have a very nice service and helpful staff.

It was comfortable and convenient to the training attended. I disliked the fact that even though there was an elevator, there were also stairs to contend with when exiting the elevator. I have a disability and have difficulty with stairs. The staff did provide assistance, but it would have been most convenient to have a first floor room, which was not available. It was very clean and had awesome people working there.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They had comfortable beds and pillows, and a soothing and clean atmosphere.

My experience was pleasant. But, other members of my family at the same hotel found the bedding dirty.
