The room could use some cosmetic refurbishing. It was pretty dingy looking. I expected more for that price. The bed could have been more comfortable. It was a great location to catch the Metro to DC.

While the hotel is an older hotel, my room was clean. Having new linens and bed covers would make a world of difference. The staff though was out of this world with their superior customer service. Everyone from the front desk, to the bartenders in the lounge, and housekeeping were exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times. I was very impressed. This hotel is great for the value.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Eisenhower Metro.
I
might recommend it to friends.

I usually stay at this hotel when I attend an annual meeting. It is clean, has courteous employees, and is convenient to the meeting location and the Metro.

The front desk clerk was apathetic, didn't seem interested in helping us; same with restaurant personnel. The hotel's location was fine, and the room was spacious and clean.

I gave them my Priority Club number when I made my reservation. They did not have it when I checked in. The same thing occurred with another person I traveled with. The hotel's location is good.

I didn't like the indifferent reception clerk who was not helpful with our questions.

The hotel was well appointed and clean. I did have to leave the hotel at midnight to purchase ear plugs because my mom was snoring so loudly. The front desk clerk drew me a very good map, and I'm grateful that I didn't get lost!

The bartender was rude and unhelpful; the host at in-hotel restaurant was downright rude the first evening we were there. I had a better experience for breakfast the next morning (different staff on duty).
This hotel made me feel content: Comfortable room and amenities.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: My stay was right after the hurricane. All the staff was calm, helpful, cheerful and efficient, even though most of the guest were unhappy and grumpy because they had been but out of their homes.

I was a little disappointed that the gift shop was not open on Saturday or Sunday. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was clean and well appointed.
