78 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

It was a group tour. The hotel was prepared for our arrival. The bags were distributed quickly. The staff was efficient and pleasant.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn East Hartford.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The food choices in the restaurant could be better and the restaurant service was slow.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn East Hartford.

This is a great hotel, if you go there Wednesday they have a free manager's hospitality treat.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn East Hartford.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was too expensive.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn East Hartford.

46 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The interstate noise was too loud. There was no free breakfast and no refrigerator in the room. The room was okay but not the quality of Drury Inn: breakfast, refrigerator, really clean rooms and great service for the same amount of money.

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn East Hartford.
I would not recommend it to friends.
