Holiday Inn Dubuque Galena Hotel

I loved the hotel, the room and the service. Everyone was over friendly and supportive. We had a problem with the hotel computer for guests and they had a guy come and fix it just for us. But every morning the noise from snow removal equipment was not welcoming. Overall, I loved the place.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Everyone at front desk was totally helpful like you would have expected. The room service was friendly and efficient.

They have an excellent staff, it's well managed, and has great rooms.

The hotel is simply a hotel, nothing fancy, nothing special. During our stay the electronic key cards failed repeatedly requiring us to go to the front desk and have them re-programmed. The desk staff gladly did this, but never asked for proof of identification.

I've stayed at this hotel previously as well, and it's in a nice central location with good amenities.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was a good hotel at a very reasonable rate.

An employee drove me to the convention center so I wouldn't be late for a breakfast meeting. They have very friendly people. The pool was nice and adequate.

This hotel made me feel respected: My questions were answered and not ignored. My needs, from a bandage to how to get places were considered important.
