Holiday Inn Downtown Historic Hotel

It's located very close to COPP and it was better than I expected. It's basic lodging.

It was expensive for an old hotel with no amenities such as a microwave or a refrigerator. The fire alarm went off twice, once at half past eight in the morning and then at half past five the very next morning. No one knew why! There was only one computer in the lobby for the use of all the guests. It was hard getting in and out onto Cleveland Avenue.

The reception was excellent and as we were on a motorcycle and the weather changed, they went out of the way to help make us comfortable. But in the bar and restaurant, although they had friendly service, items were pushed on us that we didn't order and were not edible.
