53 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

It was a nice hotel, with a great personnel! It was close to the airport. It had everything you could want, including a restaurant, a bar and a pool.

This hotel made me feel respected: The front desk personnel addressed me properly. I enjoyed their candor and humor!

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Des Moines.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Mold at pool area, not clean looking

35 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The hotel was somewhat nice, but swimming is not real desirable as there is green mold on walls, and floor. They do not offer a continental breakfast like the Holiday Inn Express. I guess I am used to newer hotels that offer perks, my mistake in staying here.

The hotel staff was courteous and responded quickly to requests for towels etc. My room was much nicer than pictured online in my opinion.

This hotel made me feel important: The staff treated me like a VIP even though I stayed in a regular room, which I got at a discount online.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Des Moines.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location was great. The comfort was excellent. The service was very contrite.

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Des Moines.
I would not recommend it to friends.

My room was very comfortable and clean. The check-in and check out was very quick and efficient.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Des Moines.
