46 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
They did a great job, especially considering all the kids and teens that were there from all over the country. On one of the nights, I couldn't sleep because some very loud, obnoxious people were running and yelling in the hall.
I needed a room key as my husband and son had gone away and forgot to give me one. A very nice young female manager got me one immediately. It was very busy that weekend because the Junior Olympics were being held, which is what we were there for.

The people at the service desk couldn't have been nicer. They went out of there way to look up churches and times of mass. They called several churches, and gave us directions to every place we wanted to go.
