58 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

This hotel made me feel Welcome: The people at the service desk couldn't have been nicer. They went out of there way to look up churches and times of mass. They called several churches, and gave us directions to every place we wanted to go.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Des Moines Downtown.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
