Holiday Inn Denver Downtown Hotel

It was under remodeling construction and the rooms were very dusty, the elevators only worked part of the time, there was a new bathroom that had a vanity and a sink that were exceedingly difficult to use. I had a difficult time reaching the sink bowl. This was very bad design. I hope they replace it!

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in the middle of April '07. We arrived from Scotland at midnight exhausted with a piece of our luggage missing. The staff on duty made sure we had all we needed toothbrush, toothpaste etc! Although the hotel was having renovations done and we were early in the season, the staff from maids to management were helpful, courteous and extremely friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel!

I was very impressed with this hotel and the services provided were very satisfactory.

The location made it convenient to downtown activities.
