We were supposed to have a shuttle take our group from place to place and the staff couldn't tell us when and where the pick up or drop off was to be. I would not stay here again unless I was looking for the bare minimum. It was more window dressing than actual quality.
I felt wanted at check in. A gentleman was so polite and friendly. He made us feel very welcome.

There was a special hospitality room for frequent guests. You have to be a gold or platinum priority club member. The restaurant has been remodeled and is nice. The bar area has been remodeled and nice too.
My room is ready and I received a check-in in gift. The hospitality room was ready. The people know me.

Okay
we were there for a soccer tournament, so there were lots and lots of kids there. As it is an old Holidome, there was plenty of room and stuff to keep the kids busy (pool, ping pong table, pool table, open space for just fooling around). On the down ...

This hotel was in a prime location, but it was too noisy. The patio door opens to the middle of the hotel where the indoor pool and games are located. There is nothing to block out the noise.

The hotel staff did not effectively control the noise from other guests. The police was on the premises during check out and they were checking the rooms of other guests. That did not leave us feeling safe.
