The hotel personnel were friendly. The rooms were clean and the cleaning ladies made fantastic designs with the towels for the travelers entertainment. The room that I had was directly above the jacuzzi, swimming pool, and ping-pong table. I had no idea that people loved to play ping pong at 2 am. The court indoor pool and jacuzzi area closes at 10 pm but that doesn't stop everyone else from congregating and partying until all hours of the morning. As a matter of fact, they stopped yelling and screaming about the time I needed to get up. This lasted all week. I couldn't change hotels because everything for twenty miles around was booked. Now I know why.

We went to the Columbus Holidome for a one night get away as a family. The price for a pool side room on a Tuesday night was a little bit higher than we wanted to spend, but overall it was a fun time. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast the next morning. Both meals were adequate and we enjoyed them. We were there mainly to be able to swim with our eight year old daughter. She had a great time. We swam, we played miniature golf and then we watched a movie in the room before bed. It is not a place we would stay often, but it made for a nice getaway.

I did not have much of a chance to see the surrounding city, but the hotel was so beautiful I did not need to! Although there was a slight problem with our room due to renovations, the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I will definitely stay again if I am traveling near the Columbus area. In fact, I was so satisfied that I would be willing to commute a bit just to stay at this outstanding, beautifully furnished hotel again.

This hotel made me feel excited: Due to the fact that I am a priority club member, they provided me with a welcome gift at check in. Based on this and the excellent, efficient way I was treated up front, I was excited about the rest of my stay at this hotel.

Clean room, quiet modern air conditioning, but anti-scald control on shower allowed only lukewarm shower.

Choice of many pillows, but no down pillows as advertised. Sink water was very hot. Manager gave us $15 credit (room still $120), but when you have to take a cold shower in the morning, it puts you in a bad mood.

We would not stay here again.

Hotel was noisy, poor service and rude.
