The room was freezing cold (it was 25 degrees outside) and it never warmed up.
This hotel made me feel extravagent: I have never in my life paid that much for a room!

There were no 'do not disturb’ signs in our room, so when a cleaning person came up the hall, I asked her not to go in our room, and that we were coming right back. I told her 3 times, but when we came back, about 15 minutes later, she was in our room, cleaning.
