Every member of the staff was friendly and as helpful as possible.This was really a motel. Definitely not worthy of 3 stars. It is very much like Motel 6. The hotel is shabby. The rooms are all outside rooms. Newspaper blows up and down the hallways....

The staff was nice.The room was in need of many repairs. If a Motel 6 is a Motel 6, then the Concord Holiday Inn is a Motel 7, and no more. The air conditioner was broken, light bulbs needed to be replaced, and the carpet was heavily stained.

Good location, close to food, shops, etc.Room and hotel very dirty and property was not kept up well at all. The trash in our room had not been emptied and we had dirty coffee mugs when we entered our room. We got locked out of our room on two...
