Great location. Clean. Good overall experience for the short time we were in our room. Fire alarm went off at 1 am. I would stay there again and I did get an excellent price but I wouldn't rate it a 3 star.
30 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I stayed for the night when my friends got married because I didn't want to drive home. The location was close to the freeway and the hotel seemed nice from the outside. It was a different story, however, when we got inside.
The concierge got our keys coded wrong a couple of times, so I had to keep going back to the front desk for a new key and a new room. Once we got inside, the "no smoking" room smelled heavily of smoke. The tenants next to us seemed to be living there with pets and all. The bathroom was extremely small and constructed in a way that the door wouldn't even close! The sheets and comforter were paper thin and rough like sandpaper.
I wouldn't stay there ever again and this stay has made me leery of all other Holiday Inns.

It was very convenient.The restaurant was closed when we went to have breakfast after 10. The hotel was fine for what we needed. However, there was a dirty towel lying in the room and the water dripped in the bathroom.
