I can't comment on the location of the hotel because I am not familiar with Concord but it was close to the hotel that held the convention we attended. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendliness of the staff....

Good basic hotel. Clean. Free, fast Internet connection conveniently on desk with Ethernet cable provided.Breakfast wasn't until 7 a.m. No lunch after 11 a.m. on Sunday. Good basic Holiday Inn. Nothing fancy.

We were given a king sized bed without a special request. The staff was friendly- but it seemed that they were giving out some special perks not offered to us. All in all, we were very pleased since we were just sleeping there and didn't need any...
