The location is great! There are some regular maintenance items that seemed to be overlooked. For example the entry door lights are burned out. The pool is indoor, but very small. The light bulbs in the room fixtures were only forty watts! And there were not enough fixtures to cover the room either. The access to the internet was good, but only one terminal for the whole hotel wasn't enough.
They did their best to locate a lost item for us, not just brush us off.

The whole stay experience was great! The staff was friendly and their services were beyond expectations. The banquet staff did a great job keeping everything stocked and fresh. The high speed internet connection worked well and it had a good signal. The pool and the exercise room looked great but I did not have time to use them. The room was comfortably pleasing and well equipped.
The hotel provided for all of my needs including onsite restaurant and bar as well as wireless internet service and in room coffee maker.

The walls were very thin. I could hear every word of the conversation the people in the room next to me were having. After eleven o'clock in the evening I complained to the office, but the talking did not stop till after one o'clock in the morning.

The hotel was nice for our conference, the food was wonderful and the room was clean. My neighbor, however, was very loud and despite multiple calls to the front desk, I found it very hard to sleep.

The location is great, away from city traffic and with numerous stores and restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We always stay at this one when we go to Columbus. It is an older motel but well maintained and clean.
