It was so nice to check in to a friendly face. Our room was Gorgeous, the breakfast was hot and fresh, internet worked well. I plan to stay at more Hoilday Inn's because of this experience.
I have stayed here before when it was the Radisson. There have many changes, I think a new company has taken over. The rooms are bright and cheery, front desk staff incredible. I will continue to stay here..best hotel in Worthington Ohio

I have stayed here when it was the Radisson. There is a lot of new people. It is now a Holiday Inn-it changed over about a year ago. The rooms are beautiful..the whole hotel is very nice. This is my home away from home.

The location is great! There are some regular maintenance items that seemed to be overlooked. For example the entry door lights are burned out. The pool is indoor, but very small. The light bulbs in the room fixtures were only forty watts! And there were not enough fixtures to cover the room either. The access to the internet was good, but only one terminal for the whole hotel wasn't enough.
They did their best to locate a lost item for us, not just brush us off.

The walls were very thin. I could hear every word of the conversation the people in the room next to me were having. After eleven o'clock in the evening I complained to the office, but the talking did not stop till after one o'clock in the morning.
