The hotel was located in an industrial area, with a lot of factories and warehouses nearby. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The service was pretty good, with the exception of some of the front desk employees.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Columbia.
I might recommend it to friends.

I like the location because it is easy to find after arriving at Baltimore Washington International Airport. I also know that the hotel will be comfortable and clean.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Columbia.

It is convenient to the freeway, with easy access to local roads.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We received warm, friendly greetings from the staff upon our arrival. Their willingness to help with baggage and to show us our room made us feel welcome.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Columbia.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was a great place to stay for a business interview. The staff was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable and the room service was affordable, prompt and tasty. It was a quiet location as well.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Columbia.
