Holiday Inn Cocoa Beach Hotel

If you enjoyed the Holiday Inn of the 70s that you may have stayed in as a kid, then you may enjoy this one! There haven't been any renovations on this place for over 20 years! The pictures are misleading and in my opinion, false advertisement. We booked for 7 nights, however after seeing the nasty accomodations, we only spent one night and went somewhere else.

The lobby is nice and the staff is pleasant, however that's it. Once you get past the hotel entrance, you really get to see what you're paying for. The parking lot is nasty. The rooms are dirty and extremely small. Our faucet was broken, therefore we had to take extremely hot showers, no cold water. The furniture is dated and the beds are extra small. There are NOT queen sized beds. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in!

We have stayed here at least 1 time per year for the last 5 years. We absolutely love it. They accomodated 20 of us last year for a 60th birthday celebration and everyone had a wonderful time. Great for all ages.

room 515 is a slum, plaster came off the ceiling every day. the windows were blown & we could not see our promised ocean view. The front door to the room does not close properly there are loose tiles in the bathroom. We would advise strongly against this room. Management are less than honest in that they knew the condition of the room & the window & still took our money for an upgrade, which they later refunded after 2 complaints. Extremely disappointed & dissatisfied with the hotel.

We got a good third-party rate to come here, and we are glad we did. It is a large layout, but easy to navigate. The room was right next to the hot tub and the gym, which was great. The pool area is great for kids, although pricey for the cabana bar. We went to Publix and bought our own drinks, which they allowed. They have a nice section of beach which has a club area. We ended up spending most of our time on site, which is always nice. The staff was courteous and helpful.

We stayed here with our two boys. Ages 3 years and 2 months. The pool felt wonderful for the baby to cool off. And the pirate ship pool was the best thing for our 3 year old. He would rather have played there than the beach or Disney! Having on site eating establishments was very handy as well. At first I thought the constant 50's style music would drive me crazy but, now any time I hear that music I remember our vacation and the wonderful time we had. We will certainly go back.
