There was poor communication between the hotel management and the on site event coordinators. Be prepared to reference any contract details that are given in writing. They were currently under refinishing and reconstruction of the hallways.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Cleveland South.
I might recommend it to friends.

The employees at this hotel go out of their way to give you a pleasant stay.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Cleveland South.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location is okay, but there is not much to do near there. I would recommend a tourist to stay closer to the city of Cleveland.

It was a nice hotel, the rooms were clean and the service was good. They had an excellent convention center.
