It was a nice, clean, hotel. The rooms are well maintained and well kept.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Cleveland Beachwood.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was in a really good location within shopping access.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and cooperative.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Cleveland Beachwood.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The rooms were nice and clean. It was in a very convenient area next to shopping and restaurants.

This hotel made me feel content: The rooms were comfortable, and the staff treated me very nice.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Cleveland Beachwood.

The Holiday Inn hotels offer consistently good service, clean rooms, friendly staff and easy reservations. Dependability is important to me. But the best thing of all is allowing us to travel with our dog.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Cleveland Beachwood.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This was a basic functional hotel. There was nothing outstanding about it and nothing objectionable.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Cleveland Beachwood.
I would not recommend it to friends.
