It was dirty and in need of renovation. They provided poor service.

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Civic Center.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It was in a central location and it was great, we enjoyed it very much.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Civic Center.

The service was excellent. The room was larger and nicer than expected. Room service was very quick and the food was good.

This hotel made me feel important: They were very attentive at check in and out.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Civic Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
