Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport Hotel

The check-in was good (I am a Priority Club Platinum Member) but I was not offered a "goodie bag", which I usually get at Holiday Inn Express. All I got was 10% off the restaurant which is expensive yet good food. When I arrived (late-otherwise I would have asked for a different room but have found this makes no difference at old Holiday Inns), the room had a musty smell which meant I wore socks just to be safe. Also the walls are thin and I can hear everything my neighbors are saying/doing.

What I liked most was the kindness of the staff. The front desk staff was very nice and they went out of their way to help us find a late night snack. The only problem I had was the fact that my room was next to the elevator and there was added noise from the elevator traffic.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They did not complain when our group was hanging out in the lobby. They even tried to help us order a pizza later on.

I thought everything was very nice.

We had no problems and our stay was uneventful.

With Priceline, sometimes you get a very nice hotel like the Hyatt in Irvine, California and sometimes you get a below-average hotel like the Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport in Erlanger, Kentucky. The rooms are very old including the bathrooms with tubs showing their age. I did not use the restaurant or other facilities, but overall, I would not want to stay here again.
