Worst hotel I've been to yet. Was expecting something nice but instead got a run down room on the bottom floor. Stained carpet, terrible beds; the sink in the bathroom regurgitated hairy, dirty foamy water.Staff was indifferent to us. When we called the front desk about the sink backing up, they did send a maintenance man but he looked for one minute and stated that he couldn't find anything wrong and that this ws the first he had heard of anything like this.Go figure! Also when we tried to make reservations both my husband and I could not understand hardly anything the lady was saying. I don't think she understood us either. I had a feeling that my reservations might not be right and sure enough when we got there, the didn,t even have us in their computer. We had to take the only room that was available and it only had on king size bed for four people. My daughters had to sleep on the filthy floor!Overall the place is majorly run down. You get the feeling that the owners want to pinch ever penny for all it's worth. If you want a continental breakfast they charged $8 extra per person

Only a place to sleep with a roof and nothing more.Non-smoking room smelt horribly like smoke. I did not like this hotel. There was nothing whatsoever that was 100% satisfactory.

We stayed because of the fire that happened in Northern California. We were evacuated from our town and had nowhere to stay so we came to chico at the Holiday Inn. The people there were not friendly. Didn't even care about what happened to us....

Good location.Terrible beds and pillows. The poor quality of the beds and pillows was matched by the front desk forgetting the wake-up calls for all three of our rooms. I travel somewhere every week and can not recall a worse night's sleep anywhere. ...

Buffet breakfast was pretty good, water pressure great.Smoke engulfs the hallways, beds horrible. If you're a smoker, this is the place for you. Despite having a non-smoking room, smoke still made its way into the room and filled the hallways. It...
