I have stayed here 6 time in the last few months. I would rate the hotel a solid 4 (especially for the money). It's not terrific, but has everything one needs. Clean rooms (except for the carpets sometimes), relatively quiet, decent beds, the TV works. I haven't reid the bar or restaurant although I get coupons for free drinks and food discounts. The pool and fitness center are decent. Some of these reviews are several years old, don't pay attention to them.

I travel to this area often and this hotel is located right in the heart of everything. The staff told me that ownership has changed and the rooms have been upgraded. They have a bunch of vans and great drivers will take you where you want to go 24

Only thing good about this place is the bar. The bartender is excellent and you will need a stiff drink to figure out if anything actually works.

The exercise room is hot and small with only cardio machines.

You may be charged for the restaurant and you never ate there. Barely anyone speaks English.

The pool is extremely hot (not a hot tub) and questionable about it cleanliness.

The room key card would not work. It took the staff three times to get it right. The staff was not professional. I would not stay here again.

It's the worst example of a 3 Star that I have ever seen.

The location was excellent. We had everything within minutes from the hotel. The rooms were nice, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable as well.

They thanked me for my stay and even asked did I need anything additional in my room that I did not see.

Our needs were met and we received a very good price.

It was my first stay at a Four Points and I was very surprised at the cleanliness and service. It was a great hotel.

They treated me like an important guest and actually paid attention to what I was saying.

I liked the friendly and attentive staff.
