Two families 3 and 2, on a very moderate budget, and two VERY picky parents. We had two rooms. Traveling due to an unexpected death in the family.
We had a very pleasant stay in a very comfortable and clean room. We found a good price online. The beds were comfy. I would deffinately return! Staff was helpful and friendly.
This property is nothing like the old road-side Holiday Inn most envision. The hotel is tastfully decorated and very clean! The bed was super comfortable! I was thrilled to see a microwave and refrigerator in the room as well. The hotel is just a

It was a nice hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the area seemed nice. A little ways out of the city, but close to a major 'L' Station as well as O'Hare. It would be most suitable for someone traveling through Chicago or someone spending a day in Chicago. Not the most convenient for a long stay in the city though.

It was confusing at first to get from the subway train station to the hotel. You have to cross a six line road, but it is fairly easy once you know where you are going. Once inside the hotel, you have to request the password to use their free wireless internet connection. The room was awesome.
The bed was really comfortable.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Chicago O'Hare Area.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I had a very pleasant stay in a comfortable room. However, the price seemed extravagant for the accommodations. While the room and the bathroom were very comfortable, I would not be willing to pay two hundred dollars per night for it. So while the service and the accommodations were excellent, I would not return because of the price.

Mediocre
The hotel was recently changed from a Ramada to a Holiday Inn. There were no signs to indicate the building was even a hotel upon arrival and I received absolutely no notification of this prior to the trip, making it time consuming to find...

The hotel was quiet, the location was convenient, it was close to the blue line. The room was fair, the bathroom needed updates as tiles were falling out and the tub floor felt bubbled out. One of our guests were harassed by a plainclothes security guard, when I intervened to break it up, the guard continued with improper and unprofessional behavior. The checkout lady was slow and didnt have proper information (she tried to overcharge me by $200) then treated me poorly about it, even though I had all the paperwork in my hand. Not even a continental breakfast setup. Their vending machines didnt work or were out of everything. We were not real impressed.

They were quick and fast in their service. It was conveniently located such that we could easily access the surrounding attractions and shopping sites. It was quiet at night, much to my satisfaction, and was entirely comfortable. I highly recomme
