Stayed for (3) Days and nights with 1 day at full price ($140) and the remaining nights at $91 (pre-taxes). Continental Breakfast NOT included, newspaper only provided at regular room price (2 days without paper) if you wish to use their swimming facilities, it will cost you $20.00 (per guest) for 1/2 day, with interruptions (get out of the pool) every other hour for 20 minutes while life-guards inspect pools for "safety" checks. When I booked my reservation on Hotwire, there was no mention that I would have to pay to use the swimming facilities; and it failed to mention that a basic continental breakfast was not included (at a $100+ a day, no coffee and bagel?). On a positive note; staff were friendly, though constantly hitting us up for promotions (i.e. would you like to buy this, or that sir?), oh and they did change the bed sheets everyday (surprised they didn't charge for that).

I had to leave the first night I checked in.

This hotel is so nasty. Please save your money. The room had a dirty bath tub, walls, toilet, and curtains. When I reported this they gave me half off the room. When I saw the roaches they gave me a full refund and I checked out.

The water park is nice but the rooms are so nasty. I guess if you are used to being around roaches this hotel will not be a problem. It did not always used to be like this.

It’s a great family hotel. The water park was great and kept the kids busy.

It was okay. I wasn't there to enjoy the view.

You have to pay extra for the water park. It should be included in the price of the room. It was cheaper during weekends, but it did not seem like a business hotel.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It had a Mayan theme. It was in the suburbs near a freeway.
