They had very friendly service, comfortable beds, but so-so bathrooms. My biggest complaint is I did not have the time or money to stay longer.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: There was plenty of space, chairs, desk, etc.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Chicago Downtown.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
