I will never stay at this Ramada again. The beds were too small and hard, and I couldn't sleep at all. The rooms we had on both trips were dirty and falling apart. There was mold on the windowsills, and crumbs on the floor. I was not at all impressed.

The room was above my initial impression. I could relax on a nice bed and find rest. Both of those feelings are sometimes unobtainable at other hotel chains.

I was very disappointed when I arrived there to find out that the reservation made for two rooms was reduced to one; that when I finally got the second room, it was not clean. When I called to get the room cleaned, they brought me a box of Kleenex instead.
