54 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
All was well until we got to our rooms. They were not particularly clean, there were roaches even in the bed and when I tried to shower, the shower did not work.
Their restaurant and bar were nice, clean and they had good entertainment.
I am not likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Cheyenne-I-80.
I would not recommend it to friends.
48 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I reserved a room with a king size bed and I was told one was available. Upon check in I was given a very tiny corner room with a full size bed. No king size rooms were available, even though I had reserved one three months ahead of time.
I am not likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Cheyenne-I-80.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Excellent
Upscale lobby really welcomes the weary traveler - esp. the fireplace and chairs. Nice dining area. Food could have been a little better.Overall would stay there again.

Okay
The staff was friendly and the bathroom was very clean. The room itself needed to be redone. Carpet was dirty. The hotel was in a good location, but needed to be remodeled. The linens and bathroom were very good, but the room itself needed help.
