Good
I like to stop at a hotel that is right off the highway which this hotel is. Unfortuately it is an older hotel that has had some upgrades. It isn't a bad hotel but not one I would stay at again. I like Holiday Inn's Express hotels with the...
55 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The staff at the desk was very nice. However, the rooms were not as they should have been. We had two rooms. My room had a faulty TV which did not get fixed that evening. Also, when I went to take a shower, the shower showered everywhere except in the tub. Even the coffee pot the next morning would not work. My friend's room was infested with bugs. She could not even sleep in her bed because she found two under the sheets. When she called maintenance, they came up and removed the two bugs and said good night. She, being exceptionally afraid of bugs, would not sleep in the bed. I, on the other hand, killed a couple of bugs, threw them in the toilet and promptly went to bed. When I asked her why she did not request another room, she said she just knew that none of the other rooms were any better. So, she slept in her room's chair. All in all, the visit did not give either of us a good feeling for the Holiday Inn hotels anywhere. I doubt I will ever stay in another one again. And my friend will definitely not.
I am not likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Cheyenne-I-80.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The swimming pool.I wanted to get into the hot tub and it was gone. Past resident of Cheyenne, I knew of the hotel's reputation and services, for travelers and conventions, and it was as always very good.

Okay
It was close to downtown.Way over priced and no Jacuzzi as lead to believe. First of all, nearly every hotel in Cheyenne is over priced. This particular hotel is so old and outdated. The tile in the bathroom was simply painted over and is now...
