One of the ways to truly review a hotel is to look back at how the line staff (housekeeping, restaurant employees, bell persons) treat the guests. At the Choo Choo last week we never met a single person who didn't say "good morning", "how are you", or "have a great day". A simple request for an additional bottle of water in the room or a shower cap was immediately met with action; no need to make the request more than once! Management and staff all reflect a pride of ownership in a profession where sometimes clients are difficult, challenges can overshadow service and attitude......but not at the Choo Choo! Attention to detail, the desire to give excellent service, the hospitality that is warm and sincere all make for a hotel complex experience that cannot be matched anywhere.

The Choo Choo was a fabulous place to stay. When first checking in we were greeted immediately by the staff and felt welcome the second we entered the lobby. Not having been to the Choo Choo before, I was very anxious to see what they had to offer. After walking around the complex, I found that there was soo much to do in the little time I was staying. rooms were very nice and the food was excellent.
Overall it was a great stay and would totally recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to this part of the Tenn.

This is a great hotel and excellent location. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I loved the train theme and the model railroad is fantastic. Food outlets are good and priced right. I will return this summer.
