The hotel was really clean and nice. Everything was in walking distance, so we didn't have to drive anywhere. The downtown area was cool, with lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel also had free Wi-Fi internet access, which some of the more expensive hotels actually charge for. To me, it was a great value. I will be staying there again on my next trip to Charlotte.

This hotel made me feel important: The staff was very friendly and professional. They always addressed me by my last name. I have friends who manage hotels, and I could tell that this staff had quality training.

This hotel is my number one choice when staying in Charlotte, and I stay here five to six times a year on business. I have used this hotel for six years and enjoy the location and the Priority Club services.

We were very happy with the location of this hotel. We were two blocks from all the activities associated with NASCAR. We were also within walking distance to some very nice restaurants. We are looking forward to returning next year.

My stay was generally comfortable. This hotel is located in a place where one can easily take in what attractions there are in downtown Charlotte. The service was as one would expect.

The front desk and security were very quick to deal with the loud party going on in the room next to us at 3 AM. I would definitely go back there if in the area again.

The location was nice, though parking was a little challenging if you were not previously aware of the arrangements. The housekeeping staff was very thorough and the front desk staff was very friendly. As we only stayed for one night we did not experience any of the hotel food or service but I would have expected it to be good.

I had a discounted room, it was a very very long walk and felt because of the discount was given a less than regular room. The TV remote never worked properly. The driver of the van from the hotel almost hit a truck.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I was comfortable there because they called me by name, they gave me excellent directions, and advised me about places to eat and be entertained.

The fire alarms shorted and sounded several times during the night. The staff ignored them and did not inform guest until we went out on street and walked around hotel. The staff could have cared less that it disturbed our sleep or that it was a false alarm.

Everyone was extremely friendly.

This hotel made me feel secure: I felt secure there because one needed card keys had to have key to access my floor.

This hotel made me feel important: They made me feel important because I had a special card that allowed me to my floor and allowed me entrance to the lounge.

I was 'bumped' to the Holiday Inn when my original hotel overbooked. The Holiday Inn more than made up for my inconvenience in friendliness and efficiency.
